It was 33 degrees on Monday when we got home and the upstairs of the house was reasonably cool and the downstairs was even cooler. It was 27 degrees yesterday and the house was lovely all day. Usually even at 27 degrees the upstairs is quite hot at 33 degrees it is unbearable. So I would like to thank your team for their excellent work and their professional and friendly advice. The guys did a great job fixing and painting the roof.

A temperature traverse of the two roof spaces showed a difference of 10°C at head height above life of the asbestos tile roof. Anecdotal evidence however does indicate that the material is an effective insulation material as internal air conditioners are now run approximately half as much the level of the two ceiling walkway and 15°C on the foil backing under the roof insulation layer.
